Desarrollo de un sistema modular para el diseño y planificación de hospitales accesibles: bloque quirúrgico

Abstract

La construcción modular se ha vuelto muy popular en el último año debido a la versatilidad y rapidez de la obtención de resultados. Permite alcanzar el objetivo de forma eficaz y eficiente en un tiempo reducido con una moderada inversión. Esto lo torna sumamente valioso debido a que se pueden obtener módulos hospitalarios, en este caso, totalmente útiles y funcionales para emergencias y/o necesidad, como, por ejemplo, pandemias, desastres naturales, entre otros. El presente trabajo consiste en el desarrollo del módulo accesible del área quirúrgica que cumple con todos los requisitos exigidos por las normas locales y del país vigentes. Debido al crecimiento de la población, se busca la construcción e instalación del mismo de forma rápida a fin de abastecer las necesidades de la misma. La idea surge de la inexistencia actual de hospitales inclusivos y accesibles por lo que mucha gente se encuentra excluida. Se realizó la recopilación de normativa vigente que se encuentra dispersa, a fin de facilitar el diseño de las áreas sanitarias. En este caso, se comenzó con la proyección de un quirófano al cual se le podrán adicionar otras áreas. El proyecto consta de realizar el m ́odulo implementando el dise ̃no de las instalaciones eléctricas, de los gases medicinales, de la circulación del personal, residuos, pacientes, etc., y de los elementos estructurales que lo componen.
