Abstract

Maqolada tergovga kadar tekshiruv, dastlabki tergov, surishtiruv va sud organlari amaliyotlarining tahlillari hamda huquqshunos olimlarning ilmiy qarashlarini o‘rganish va umumlashtirish natijalariga asoslanib, “hodisa shohidi” atamasining tushunchasi, hodisa shohidlarining protsessual maqomi masalalari yoritilgan. Ilmiy tadqiqotlar natijalariga tayanib, ishni sudga kadar yuritish va sud jarayonlarida jinoyat protsessi barcha ishtirokchilarining huquqlari, qonuniy manfaatlarini ta’minlash zarur va hozirgi vaqtda dorzarb bo‘lgani sababli jinoyat-protsessual qonunchiligiga hodisa shohidi, uning huquq hamda majburiyatlariga oid normalarni kiritilishi bo‘yicha takliflar asoslantirilgan.
