Abstract

Introduction: Le carcinome mucineux du sein, est une forme histologique rare. Il represente 1 a 4 % de tous les carcinomes infiltrants du sein. On distingue 2 types de carcinome colloïde (pur et mixte), La distinction entre ces deux types est capitale du fait de sa valeur pronostique. Lobjectif de letude etait detudier les caracteristiques cliniques, anatomopathologiques et evolutives de 13 cas de carcinomes mucineux et didentifier a travers une revue de la litterature recente, la prise en charge therapeutique de ces carcinomes. Materiaux et methodes : Il sagit dune etude retrospective interessant 13 cas de carcinome mucineux. Colliges sur une periode de 04 ans entre 2019 et 2022, Realisee au sein du service de gynecologie et dobstetrique du centre hospitalier universitaire Mohammed VI Marrakech. Resultats: La taille tumorale moyenne etait de 3,5 cm (1,5–6cm). Lâge variait de 27 a 82 ans, lâge moyen etant de 49 ans. Les tumeurs etait classees respectivement T1, T2, T3, T4 dans 7.6%, 53.84%, 23%, 15.38%. Metastase ganglionnaire chez 06 patientes, 05 cas de forme mixte. Le carcinome mucineux du sein etait mixte dans 53.84%, pure dans 46.15% des cas. Les recepteurs hormonaux etaient positifs dans 57 % et negatifs dans 43% des cas, HER2 etait exprime dans 85.7% des cas. Le traitement a repose sur la chirurgie chez neuf patientes, a type de mastectomie avec curage chez une patiente, un traitement conservateur chez huit cas. Conclusion : Le carcinome mucineux est un type rare de cancer du sein avec un pronostic favorable dans sa forme pure.
