IMPACTOS AMBIENTAIS CAUSADOS PELO DESMATAMENTO NO BRASIL

Abstract

A referida pesquisa tem como finalidade principal analisar os impactos do desmatamento na Amazônia no Brasil e os objetivos específicos descrever sobre a Amazônia e o desmatamento, analisar a importância da Amazônia legal e identificar soluções para o desmatamento zero. Dados divulgados no dia 1º de setembro de 2014 pelo Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais afirmam que o Brasil perdeu 9,8% de florestas entre agosto de 2013 a julho de 2014, dados e alterações que preocupam e alertam sobre o futuro da humanidade causando um grande impacto ambiental. Dentro dessa abordagem, faz-se o seguinte questionamento: quais são os impactos do desmatamento na Amazônia no Brasil? A referida pesquisa contribui para ver como são importantes ações contra o desmatamento e alternativas econômicas que estimulem os habitantes da floresta a mantê-la de pé devem caminhar juntas. Os objetivos obtidos com a pesquisa serão analisados por meio de métodos qualitativos, utilizando-se de procedimentos interpretativos e valorativos para a análise de todas as informações obtidas. As técnicas de pesquisas serão a bibliográfica, desenvolvida a partir de material sobre direito ambiental já publicado sobre o tema, quais sejam livros e artigos, e a documental, realizada a partir da análise da legislação pertinente acerca do tema e apresenta como alternativa, a implantação de um programa de Desenvolvimento Sustentável das regiões desmatadas, o qual tentaria conciliar o desenvolvimento econômico com a preservação ambiental, além de conscientizar a sociedade dos problemas que o desmatamento pode trazer em uma escala regional e mundial.
