Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yetishtirilgan uzum navlaridan turli hil sharoblar ishlab chiqarish jarayonida hosil bolgan chiqindilarni qayta ishlash texnologiyasini takomillashtirish, quruq uzum tuppasidan uzum mevasi danaklari va postlogini ajratish usulini ishlab chiqish, uzum danaklarini kimyoviy tarkibini organish va ishlov berish usulida olinayotgan ikkilamchi mahsulot sifatiga tasirini hisoblash organilganligi haqida yetarli malumotlar keltirilgan.
