To reproduce the figures of the code, the user needs to download data_to_reproduce_figures.tar.gz which contains all the necessary data to reproduce the main figures of the study code_to_reproduce_figures.tar.gz which contains scripts and instructions to reproduce the main figures of the study README_to_reproduce_figures.md file has the instructions to follow after downloading data_to_reproduce_figures.tar.gz and code_to_reproduce_figures.tar.gz To run TOPOS, the user needs to download required_data.tar.gz which contains the train matrix and the train labels To run TOPOS on the test set instance shown in the github readme file (see https://github.com/DanCag/TOPOS), the user also needs to download the test_set_instance.tar.gz file which contains an instance of test set and a file with the list of top 275 genes identified in the study.
