Abstract

Dengan semakin besarnya organisasi, maka kebutuhan manajemen sumber daya manusia menjadi semakin besar. Permasalahan-permasalahan seperti ketersediaan staff untuk mendukung rencana pengembangan bisnis, keterampilan manajerial yang berkualitas, dan pengontrolan biaya dalam sumber daya manusia merupakan permasalahan yang harus dijawab dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. Untuk dapat mencapai manajemen yang efektif diperlukan adanya perencanaan yang tepat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat dipahami pentingnya perencanaan sumber daya manusia dalam suatu organisasi.
