Cell fluorescence analysis for midgut enteroendocrine cells

Abstract

ImageJ tutorial for creating binary cell image and MatLab script for quantifying fluorescence intensity of three confocal channels. This code pulls out data from relevant Z-stacks only and uses local background for background subtraction.
