This book proposes a theory of personality based on the Kabbalistic tradition and on the observation of the brain. It offers a practical approach to better understand the behaviour, values and attitudes of individuals and systems and therefore the situations that each of us may face in our personal, professional, social or political life. It proposes a universal method, based on the observation of the functioning of the brain and the study of spiritual traditions, to analyse, understand and anticipate human behaviour. It allows us to understand in a simple way the course of the situations we encounter in our lives and to take control of them by identifying the values at work. The author proposes an analytical grid accessible to all in order to access this knowledge and to allow each person to become more aware of what is at stake and of the choices available to them.
