During the SARSCoV2 pandemic children appear less likely to develop severe form Compared to adult subjects with higher contagiousness and mortality, especially in those at risk (age over 65 obesity cardiovascular disease diabetes). However a new multisystemic inflammatory syndrome associated with SARSCoV2 has been identified in the child associated with a cascade of inflammatory response responsible for clinical symptoms (prolonged high fever digestive disorders rash cheilite conjunctivit) and a highly disturbed inflammatory biological profile (high CRP accelerated sedimentation rate hyperferritinemia) mimicking an atypical post covid 19 Kawasaki syndrome in children as was recently published in the literature. Our case will illustrate an unusual presentation of post covid 19 multisystemic inflammatory Syndrome acute pancreatitis in a 9-year old with favorable clinical and biological development.
