East Azarbaijan: Arasbaran (Ghahari et al. 2012). Golestan: Nokandeh, Gonbad (Ghahari et al. 2012). Hamadan (Islami & Nikbakhtzadeh 2009). Tehran: Khojeer and Sorkhe-Hesar National Parks (Ezzoddinloo & Mohammadian 2012). West Azarbaijan: Oshnavieh, 37°03'N 45°05'E (Samin et al. 2015). Distribution outside Iran. Europe, Israel, Morocco, Turkey, West Siberia (Kazantsev & Brancucci 2007; Kazantsev 2011). Remarks. Introduced in North America (Kazantsev & Brancucci 2007; Kazantsev 2011; Fanti 2014).
