Large photometric surveys like SDSS and DES have shown that the Milky Way Galaxy is littered with stellar streams; the remnants of tidally disrupted star clusters and dwarf galaxies. However these surveys were limited to either the northern sky, or only a region of the southern sky. In this talk I will discuss the power of LSST in the age of Gaia to discover and also to help characterise these streams with its broad colour photometry. I will also discuss on-going and future spectroscopic surveys of stellar streams.
