Lamprolonchaea photinia McAlpine. (Figures 9-12). Lamprolonchaea photinia McAlpine, 1964a: 699. Diagnosis. Summary of original description with updated terminology (after McAlpine, 1964). Male. All basal tarsomeres pale on basal three-fourths or more; remaining tarsomeres progressively darker brown. Calypteres greyish-brown with dark-brown margins and fringes. Male terminalia; phallus very long, distiphallus 8-9x as long as base; apical half twisted one-half turn to the left; apex asymmetrical; somewhat bulbous, but appearing as if the sides were broken out of the bulb.
