Sport is defined as any physical activity carried out deliberately and systematically to encourage, foster, and develop physical, spiritual and social potential. Plyometric training is considered as one of the most effective ways to increase muscle power, both on short runners. This type of research will be conducted is quantitative research with experimental methods. One of the characteristics of experimental research is the treatment (treatment). Based on the experimental method, the pre-post test design of the group design was used. This study uses a sample training for Volleyball achievement at the University of PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya students divided into 1 group of 30 men by giving a Multiple Box Jump exercise using the Paired sample T test. The analysis shows that there is an increase in the explosive power of men's volleyball players before and after multiple box jump exercises. Box jump training is a form of plyometric training.
