Objective: Find out the relationship between quantum mechanics and space-time, and study quantum certainty. Methods: Pure strict logic reasoning, tree logic diagram, topological analysis, thought experimen. Results: The space-time relationship is actually a 4-dimensional flat space-time with 1 -dimensional quantum phase. The effect of gravitation is the influence coefficient of phase. Quantum uncertainty is actually phase difference, and quantum is still deterministic.. Limitations: Because of the high accuracy of the designed verification test or the problem of funds, I can not implement it now. Conclusions: Four-dimensional flat space-time can be quantum mechanically consistent, and quantum is still deterministic
