Abstract

Mardin, tarihsel süreç içerisinde Babilliler, Asurlular, Hititler, Urartular, Persler,Selçuklular, Emeviler, Abbasiler, Anadolu Selçuklulan, Alukoğullan ve Osmanlıİmparatoluğu döneminden beri yerleşim merkezi niteliğinde olmasından dolayıoldukça renkli bir kültürel yapıya ve tarihi kanıtılara sahip bir şehrimizdir. GüneydoğuAnadolu Bölgesi'ndeki yerleşim yerleinin en eskisi ve Süryaniliğin neredeyse doğuşve yayılış merkezidir, Günümüzde de bu çok kültürlülüğü içinde barındırmaktadır.Barış içerisinde Türk, Arap, Kürt ve Süryanilerden oluşan etnik yapısı ile adeta bizebir imparatorluk dönemi şehirlerini anımsatmaktadır. Bundan dolayı da biz, bumakalede Mardin'in gerek etnik kimliğinden gerekse dinsel kimliğinden, gerekse deüst kimlik olarak kabul edilen Türk vatandaşı kimliğinden hareket ederek, bu yöreninçok kültürlülüğünü bir farkındalık olarak ele almaya, çok kültürlülüğünü ve etnisiteyi dil(Arap Dili) bakımından incelemeye çalıştık.

Mardin, which our city has rather coloured and histoical rural structure,because it is a local centre since the period of Babylonian, Assyrian, Hiftite, Uraftian,Persıans, Seljuks, Omayyad, Abbasid, Artukides, Anatolian Seljuks and OttomanEmpire in the historical period. lt is the oldest local in the South Eastern Anatolia andit is the centre of Syrian christ|ans's rise and spread centre, lt included in differentcultures and coloured structure now. lt remainded us the period of Empire's citieswith this ethnic structure which being Turks, Arabs, Kurdh and Syrian contruction inpeace. Because of the fact that we tried to examine both the ethnic identificaiton of Mardin, religion identification and being upper identification, Turk citizenship. Wetried to study these different cuftures and the point of view of Arab language.
