Abstract

Ontología del cuidado: vulnerabilidad práctica de enfermería en contextos existenciales es una obra académica que explora los fundamentos filosóficos, antropológicos, éticos y existenciales que sustentan el cuidado enfermero contemporáneo. A partir de una visión integral de la persona, el libro analiza la vulnerabilidad, la corporeidad, la finitud, la espiritualidad y la búsqueda de significado como dimensiones esenciales de la experiencia humana en los procesos de salud y enfermedad. La obra reflexiona sobre el papel de la enfermería como disciplina centrada en la dignidad, el acompañamiento y el bienestar integral de las personas, especialmente en contextos de sufrimiento, dependencia y fragilidad existencial. Mediante un enfoque humanista e interdisciplinario, ofrece herramientas conceptuales para fortalecer una práctica profesional reflexiva, ética y centrada en la persona, contribuyendo al desarrollo de cuidados más sensibles, humanizados y coherentes con la complejidad de la condición humana.
