TERMODINAMIKA VA TIRIK SISTEMA TERMODINAMIKASI

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada termodinamikaning umumiy qonunlari va ularning tirik organizmlardagi biologik jarayonlar bilan bog‘liqligi keng yoritiladi. Termodinamika energiyaning bir turdan ikkinchi turga aylanishi, issiqlik almashinuvi, ish bajarilishi va tizimlarning muvozanat holatini o‘rganadigan fundamental fan hisoblanadi. Tirik organizmlar esa oddiy yopiq fizik tizim emas, balki tashqi muhit bilan doimiy modda, energiya va axborot almashuvchi ochiq termodinamik sistemalardir. Hujayralarda oziq moddalar oksidlanishi, ATF sintezi, tana haroratining boshqarilishi, qon aylanishi, nafas olish, mushak qisqarishi va nerv impulslarining uzatilishi termodinamik qonuniyatlar asosida kechadi. Maqolada termodinamikaning birinchi va ikkinchi qonunlari, entropiya, erkin energiya, biologik oksidlanish, metabolizm, homeostaz, issiqlik almashinuvi va tirik sistemalarning nomuvozanat holati ilmiy nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, tirik organizmlarning energiyani tejash, taqsimlash va biologik ishga aylantirish mexanizmlari tibbiy-biologik misollar asosida tushuntiriladi
