TA'LIM MUASSASALARIDA GENDER TENGLIGINI BOSHQARISH MEXANIZMLARINING SAMARADORLIGINI BAHOLASH

Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy tezisda ta'lim muassasalarida gender tengligini boshqarish mexanizmlarining samaradorligini baholash masalalari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotda gender tengligini ta'minlashga qaratilgan institutsional, tashkiliy, huquqiy va pedagogik mexanizmlarning natijadorligi tahlil qilinib, 2023-2025 yillar davomida erishilgan ko‘rsatkichlar o‘rganilgan. Xalqaro tashkilotlar, jumladan UNESCO va UNICEF ma'lumotlari asosida gender tengligini boshqarishning zamonaviy yondashuvlari tahlil qilinib, ta'lim tizimida gender muvozanatini ta'minlash bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ta'lim muassasalarida genderga oid boshqaruv siyosatini takomillashtirish va inklyuziv ta'lim sifatini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
