Abstract

El presente documento expone el diseño, fundamentación y aplicación del instrumento evaluativo denominado Reto Express: Flexibilización Curricular, orientado a la formación de maestros en educación infantil. Este instrumento busca desarrollar competencias pedagógicas relacionadas con la educación inclusiva, el reconocimiento de la diversidad y la atención a las necesidades educativas especiales (NEE), mediante una estrategia activa, colaborativa y contextualizada. Se sustenta en enfoques contemporáneos como el Diseño Universal para el Aprendizaje (DUA), el enfoque diferencial, los ajustes razonables y la evaluación formativa. Asimismo, se articula con el marco normativo colombiano y referentes internacionales, garantizando pertinencia académica y aplicabilidad en contextos reales.
