Abstract

CMV инфекцияси аксарият ҳолларда симптомсиз кечишига қарамасдан, у клиник аҳамияти юқори бўлган инфекциялар қаторига киради. Айниқса, иммун тизими заифлашган шахсларда, жумладан ОИВ инфекцияси билан касалланган беморларда, аъзо ёки суяк кўмиги трансплантациясидан кейинги ҳолатларда, шунингдек, онкогематологик касалликларда вирус реактивацияси оғир асоратларга олиб келиши мумкин. Ҳомиладор аёлларда эса CMV инфекциясининг бирламчи шакли, реактивацияси ёки қайта инфекцияси ҳомила учун жиддий хавф туғдиради.
