Abstract

Az elmúlt két évtized nemzetközi folyamatait nem egyszerűen gyors változások, hanem a korábbi rendszerek működését alapvetően átalakító szerkezeti elmozdulások jellemzik. A geopolitikai centrumok átrendeződése, a technológiai innováció politikai következményei, valamint a gazdasági és biztonsági interdependenciák kiszélesedése együttesen olyan környezetet hoztak létre, amelyben a hagyományos külpolitikai, biztonságpolitikai és társadalomtudományi értelmezési keretek már nem bizonyulnak elegendőnek. A kötet azt vizsgálja, hogy a globális és regionális átrendeződések miként alakítják át az állami mozgásteret, a biztonsági kihívások természetét és a nemzetközi együttműködés feltételeit.
