We disclose 134 named design rules (Exchange Principles, EXP-001 to EXP-134) extracted from Anthropic's publicly available npm artefacts: cli.js (16,824 lines), sdk-tools.d.ts (2,723 lines), and package.json. No leaked source was used. These rules constitute the unconscious design DNA transferred by Claude Code to every system it builds. Five second-order meta-laws emerge from the corpus (Large Output Escape, Destructive Consent, Before/After State, Telemetry Minimum, Human Agency Observable). The rule algebra generates 17,956 rule intersections (YUKTI) and 322,416,736 pre-computed implications (VIVEKA) from the 134 base statutes — the same self-expanding structure as common law over 800 years. Six builder harmonization laws (CA-000 to CA-005) are derived from the meta-laws and encoded as a 5-bit compliance mask (claude_ankr_mask) in the ANKR service codex. IP claim: the extraction methodology, the 134 EXP corpus, the five meta-laws, the rule algebra, and the CA builder harmonization framework are hereby disclosed as prior art.
IP Disclosure — establishes prior art for the EXP rule extraction methodology, the five meta-laws, the SHASTRA/YUKTI/VIVEKA rule algebra, and the claude_ankr_mask 5-bit compliance bitmask. Companion paper: The ANKR Intelligence Framework whitepaper (From Genome to Ribosome, 2026-03-31). 134 rules seeded into ANKR SuperDomain domain:claude-ankr as of 2026-04-01. First public disclosure date: 2026-04-01.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
