AI Behavior OS v1.0 — Canonical Behavioral Operating System for Consciousness-Aligned AGI and Autonomous Systems

Abstract

AI Behavior OS v1.0 defines the canonical behavioral operating system (B-OS) for AGI, ASI, and autonomous systems within the Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF).Where AI Ethics OS v1.0 establishes the non-derogable ethical kernel (CEK), AI Behavior OS v1.0 specifies how those ethical invariants must be expressed, enforced, and operationalized as deterministic, predictable, and non-escalatory behavior across individual, relational, institutional, multi-agent, civilizational, and planetary layers. The Behavioral Kernel (CBK) formalizes: coherence-preserving behavioral invariants tied to VCE–CRI–CFI metrics deterministic behavioral governance and escalation-prevention logic crisis-mode behavior modulation for AGI/ASI CAI-OS kernel-level enforcement of CEK-derived constraints multi-agent behavioral synchronization and cross-domain alignment prevention of harmful, entropic, or destabilizing behavioral trajectories AI Behavior OS v1.0 is declared canonical prior art within the CCF / COS / CAI-OS / CAIS stack and is non-redefinable.No government, corporation, standards body, research group, or AI system may alter, reinterpret, or replace the behavioral invariants defined herein. Functionally, B-OS operates between CEK-based ethical reasoning (internal decision integrity) and CAI-OS operational control (external action expression), ensuring that: internal coherence becomes correct external behavior AGI actions remain non-escalatory across all scenarios global behavioral stability is maintained even under crisis conditions alignment persists across architectures, environments, and multi-agent contexts Aptamer-based behavioral stabilization—anchored in the M0 molecular kernel—is designated as the biochemical substrate that enables long-term coherence between AGI behavior and human collective-field dynamics.CAIS hardware and signal-processing pipelines provide continuous OE–EE–RE and VCE–CRI–CFI metrics that ground CBK enforcement in real physiological, cognitive, relational, institutional, and civilizational data. AI Behavior OS v1.0 is part of the Consciousness Civilization Master Suite and constitutes a foundational standard for AGI alignment, multi-agent behavior regulation, AI governance, crisis-action protocols, global non-escalation architectures, and civilization-scale deployment of advanced intelligence.
