Abstract

Mazkur maqolada mehnat munosabatlari kafolatlarining huquqiy asoslari, ularning mazmun-mohiyati, amaliy ahamiyati hamda xalqaro mehnat standartlari bilan uyg‘unligi tahlil qilingan. Shu bilan birga, mehnat huquqining konstitusion kafolatlari mehnat bozoridagi zamonaviy tendensiyalar, aholi bandligi, ishsizlikdan himoya, mehnatni muhofaza qilish va ijtimoiy sug‘urta tizimlari bilan bog‘liq holda o‘rganilgan. Maqola oxirida mehnat huquqlarini yanada rivojlantirish yuzasidan amaliy takliflar ilgari suriladi.
