Abstract

Vol. 3 · Edición 3 – Museo Antropológico de la Universidad del Tolima Esta edición especial de la revista Museos Nacionales de Colombia está dedicada al Museo Antropológico de la Universidad del Tolima, un espacio que resguarda la memoria, la identidad y el patrimonio ancestral de la región. Nace a partir de una experiencia profundamente significativa vivida durante el 6° Encuentro Nacional de Semilleros de Investigación, realizado en Ibagué, donde el encuentro con personas generosas como el profesor Angelo Nieto Vivas y la guía del museo, Leidy Marcela Tocora Lozano abrió las puertas a un recorrido lleno de historia, espiritualidad y saberes ancestrales. A lo largo de estas páginas, el lector encontrará un recorrido detallado por piezas arqueológicas precolombinas, instrumentos líticos, vasijas ceremoniales, metates, urnas funerarias, tumbas milenarias y figuras simbólicas que narran la vida de las culturas que habitaron el territorio tolimense. Cada elemento es acompañado por explicaciones claras, observaciones curatoriales y reflexiones sensibles que permiten comprender su valor histórico y cultural. Esta edición es, además, un homenaje al museo, a sus guardianes del conocimiento y a la Universidad del Tolima por su compromiso con la educación, la investigación y la preservación del patrimonio. Con un enfoque educativo, artístico y humano, la revista invita a valorar el legado ancestral y a reconocer la importancia de los museos como espacios vivos donde la memoria se conserva, se interpreta y se comparte. Una publicación para aprender, admirar y sentir el pasado que sigue hablándonos desde la tierra, la piedra y la cerámica.
