CONSTRUYENDO UN CLIMA LABORAL POSITIVO

Abstract

En este Trabajo se analiza el clima laboral desde la perspectiva de personas trabajadoras de distintos sectores, con el objetivo de identificar qué aspectos valoran más en sus organizaciones y qué áreas consideran necesarias de mejora. La investigación se centra especialmente en la relación entre el salario emocional y el clima laboral, explorando factores que van más allá de la compensación económica, como el reconocimiento, el desarrollo profesional, la conciliación y el ambiente de trabajo. A través de encuestas realizadas a trabajadores de diferentes niveles, generaciones y sectores, se examinan sus percepciones, prioridades y niveles de satisfacción. Los resultados muestran que los trabajadores más satisfechos no son necesariamente los que reciben un mayor salario, sino aquellos que se sienten valorados y tienen oportunidades de crecimiento personal y profesional. El estudio concluye que un clima laboral positivo repercute directamente en la retención del talento , la motivación , la productividad y el bienestar organizacional . Además, se propone un plan de acción con estrategias prácticas desde el área de Recursos Humanos para fomentar entornos laborales saludables y sostenibles.
