Green book á luz da Gestalt terapia

Abstract

Este artigo analisa o filme Green Book (2019), dirigido por Peter Farrelly, sob a perspectiva da Gestalt-terapia. A narrativa se passa na década de 1960, nos Estados Unidos, e retrata o improvável vínculo entre Don Shirley, um pianista negro de renome, e Tony Lip, um motorista branco inicialmente preconceituoso. A relação entre os dois se transforma ao longo de uma turnê pelo sul racista do país. A partir da abordagem gestáltica, são explorados conceitos como ciclo de contato, ajustamento criativo, awareness e gestalt inacabada, refletindo sobre os processos de mudança, aceitação e desenvolvimento pessoal.
