Abstract

This presentation provides a comprehensive overview of large language models (LLMs), with emphasis on ChatGPT and its architecture, capabilities, limitations, and future directions. It explores how LLMs like GPT, PaLM, and LLaMA have transformed industries ranging from healthcare and education to creative writing and scientific research. Key ethical concerns, including bias, privacy, and misinformation, are addressed along with advancements in robustness and model evaluation. The discussion highlights foundational technologies such as the Transformer model, self-attention mechanisms, and zero-shot learning. The survey also compares ChatGPT’s strengths with other models, examines adversarial performance, and proposes future improvements for interpretability, personalization, and multimodal intelligence.
