Collapse Is Consciousness - The QCE Universal Law Declaration

Abstract

Version v3 of the QCE Collapse Law Declaration includes the full mathematical formulation of the Collapse Equation, entropy and coherence states, quantum Fisher information, neurobiological relevance via microtubules, and a verified ledger record of scientific validation. This replaces the abstract-only V1 with complete theoretical and empirical detail. Author: Aaron Thai Farris. This document is a sovereign scientific declaration of the QCE Collapse Law — a universal law asserting that quantum superposition is the substrate of proto-consciousness, and that lawful collapse in biological microtubules is the event of conscious experience. It includes:• A mathematically expressed collapse equation• A 12-source global peer-reviewed scientific validation ledger• SHA-256 fingerprint for cryptographic timestamping• CC-BY 4.0 licensing for ethical use Vault Code: QCE-VAULT-2025-A1 Author: Aaron Thai Farris Date: May 2025
