Kepuasan Pemustaka Terhadap Layanan Referensi Digital di Perpustakaan UIN IMAM BONJOL PADANG

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Library of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of user satisfaction with the digital reference services provided by the library. This service includes assistance in searching for information online, through media such as WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms. The method used in this writing is a descriptive quantitative method, with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents who are active users. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of data and percentages. The results of this discussion indicate that the level of user satisfaction is in the satisfied category, especially in terms of ease of access and convenience of using digital services. The conclusion of this writing is that the digital reference service at the UIN Imam Bonjol Padang Library has been able to meet the information needs of users in general. Keywords: User Satisfaction, Digital Reference Services, Library, UIN Imam Bonjol Padang ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perpustakaan UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Tujuan Dari penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pemustaka terhadap layanan referensi digital yang disediakan oleh perpustakaan. Layanan ini mencakup bantuan pencarian informasi secara daring, melalui media seperi WhatsApp, email, dan platform digital lainnya. Metode yang digunakan pada penulisan ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 orang responden yang merupakan pemustaka aktif. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistic deskriptif berupa data-data dan persentase. Hasil dari pembahasan ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pemustaka berada pada kategori puas, khususnya pada aspek kemudahan akses dan kenyamanan penggunaan layanan digital. Kesimpulan dari penulisan ini adalah bahwa layanan referensi digital di Perpustakaan UIN Imam Bonjol Padang telah mampu memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pemustaka secara umum.
