Rompiendo barreras a la Ciencia Abierta

Abstract

 La Ciencia Abierta ha revolucionado la forma en que la investigación se lleva a cabo y se comparte en la comunidad científica. Sin embargo, también ha traído consigo un nuevo conjunto de desafíos. Estos desafíos incluyen la privacidad de los datos, la seguridad de los datos y los derechos de propiedad intelectual. Además, la Ciencia Abierta ha llevado a un aumento en el volumen de datos que deben administrarse y distribuirse. Todos estos desafíos deben abordarse para que la Ciencia Abierta continúe teniendo éxito en la región, especialmente cuando existe el consenso allende fronteras entre los actores de los sistemas nacionales de innovación.
