Abstract. This article provides an in-depth analysis of legal behavior, legal violations, and legal liability. It highlights the importance of adhering to legal norms and examines the social, economic, and political consequences arising from breaches of these norms. Drawing on both legal theory and practical experience, the author explores mechanisms for preventing violations, identifying transgressions, and implementing effective legal sanctions, while also proposing solutions to current challenges.
