In the last pages of our journal, we have reflected "Requirements for writing articles" in Azerbaijani, Russian and English. While some authors take those requirements seriously, others do not authors bring articles to the editorial office or send by e-mail without waiting for the existing rules. This means that the submitted article must be returned for processing or edited by the editors. Such articles are usually weak, do not reflect a scientific idea, are descriptive in nature, and the list of literature given at the end of the article is also formed how it came to be.
