Capacidad emprendedora en estudiantes universitarios

Abstract

Resumen El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la capacidad emprendedora en estudiantes universitarios; por lo cual se realizó una investigación de tipo y nivel descriptivo, con modelo de estudio de campo y un diseño no experimental, transaccional-descriptivo. La población se conformó por estudiantes de pregrado de la Universidad Rafael Urdaneta, de la cual se tomó una muestra no probabilística accidental de 126 sujetos. Como instrumento se empleó la Escala de Capacidad Emprendedora en Estudiantes Universitarios de Mavila, Tinoco y Campos (2009). Los resultados indicaron una capacidad emprendedora alta, al igual que sus cuatro dimensiones. El género fue un factor diferenciador: las mujeres tuvieron mayor capacidad para relacionarse y mayor capacidad emprendedora que los hombres. Respecto a las carreras, las diferencias estadísticamente significativas apuntaron a que las profesiones orientadas a la creatividad como la administración de empresas poseen mayor capacidad emprendedora que otras carreras técnicas.
