
La objeción de conciencia tiene su sustento en la libertad de conciencia. El principio de objeción de conciencia se refiere a la facultad que poseen los profesionales de salud para negarse a llevar a cabo una intervención, dispuesta legal o administrativamente, debido a que ésta atenta contra sus principios éticos, morales, filosóficos, religiosos y/o políticos. La LdC no opera libremente.
