Abstract

The article talks about the need for therapeutic physical exercises. The article discusses exercises that are aimed at the treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of diseases. Therapeutic exercise is a set of methods and techniques used to strengthen and maintain physical health and the condition of the body as a whole. It is an integral part of the treatment and health process system. Used for the prevention and complex treatment of a wide range of diseases and conditions.
