La presentazione mira a sintetizzare lo stato dell'arte del Secondary Publication Right (diritto di ripubblicazione in ambito scientitico) nell'Unione Europea e si conclude con alcune proposte per rendere tale strumento giuridico un vero e proprio dirito di aprire le pubblicazioni scientifiche.
