Evaluación de algoritmos genéticos para la gestión de rutas de cosechadoras de forraje. Estudio de caso.

Abstract

En este trabajo se han evaluado varios algoritmos, basados en metaheuristicos geneticos, aplicados a la gestion de rutas de cosechadoras autopropulsadas de forraje. Se busca minimizar el recorrido por carretera de las cosechadoras, maquinas de limitada traficabilidad, y asi disminuir tiempos no productivos. Se ha partido de un algoritmo genetico clasico y se han realizado modificaciones en la metodologia de generacion de la poblacion inicial y en la de realizacion de los cruzamientos. Previamente se ha analizado la configuracion de los parametros de entrada en la busqueda de la combinacion que proporcione los mejores resultados. Los resultados obtenidos se han comparado con la ruta real realizada por una cosechadora autopropulsada durante tres semanas. Los resultados obtenidos permiten concluir que el numero de parcelas consideradas tiene un gran peso en el ahorro obtenido con la utilizacion de estas herramientas. El algoritmo que ha proporcionado mejores resultados ha sido el denominado PG, si bien, en planificaciones semanales, las diferencias con la version CG no han sido significativas. La utilizacion de algoritmos geneticos ha permitido obtener ahorros en terminos de tiempo y dinero.
