Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari keprihatinan penulis terhadap minimnya referensi yang digunakan dalam mengampu mata kuliah Peradila Agama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan pengimplementasian salah satu model yang digunakan dalam Pengkajian Peradilan Agama Islam di Indonesia. Model Pengkajian Peradilan Agama Islam di Indonesia yang dimaksud adalah Model Pengkajian Sosio Historis.
