Abstract

Con la finalidad de eficientar la nutrición animal, tanto de ganado productor de leche como de carne, se hace necesario conocer diversos valores de carbohidratos solubles y fibrosos, que permitan hacer el cálculo de raciones con mayor eficacia. El objetivo del este estudio fue aportar la composición de carbohidratos (CC) y la degradación de la materia seca de cuatro genotipos de maíz ensilado, tratados con las enzimas xilanasa (XIL) y celulasa (CEL), y miel de maguey (MM) como aditivo natural. De las enzimas y del aditivo natural se evaluó la aplicación de 1 ml kg^−1 de materia verde (MV) aplicado en los ensilados de las variedades de maíz San Diego (grano amarillo) y Cacahuacintle (grano blanco), y en los híbridos P-1832 (grano amarillo) y Victoria (grano blanco).
