Representaciones sociales del trabajo en la industria de autopartes: El caso de una empresa queretana

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue construir la representación social del trabajo de personas que laboran en una industria de autopartes de Querétaro. Se propuso una metodología basada en la teoría de las representaciones sociales, la cual se denominó estructural-procesual. Se aplicó en un estudio de caso de la industria queretana a través de entrevistas y el cuestionario de asociación libre. Los resultados muestran que la responsabilidad es el elemento más arraigado de la representación social del trabajo, la cual responde a una lógica hegemónica donde lo primordial se vuelve “producir”, filosofía que denomina la empresa modelo lean PTQ, y que circula en los espacios de la empresa, por lo que se inserta dentro del núcleo central de la representación social del trabajo. Alrededor de este elemento identificamos algunos aspectos emancipatorios relacionados con el sistema periférico que llevan a reflexionar sobre la configuración de la representación social del trabajo al interior de una empresa donde existen diversos saberes.
