Abstract

En el presente número de Discusiones el lector podrá encontrar cinco trabajos de alta densidad argumentativa y analítica en torno a la doctrina de la ignorancia deliberada. Es bien sabido entre los estudiosos del derecho que la necesidad de atribuir responsabilidad supone definir los contornos del contenido de las intenciones y de su relevancia frente al derecho.
