Abstract

La presente tesis abordó la GIRH en el periurbano oeste del PGP, como alternativa para contribuir a la gobernanza del agua. La pregunta central de investigación fue: ¿Cuáles son los obstaculizadores y facilitadores en el logro de una GIRH en la interfase urbano-rural oeste del PGP, en el periodo abril 2021-agosto 2025? ¿Cuáles son los actores presentes y los que, de manera distante, operan en la gestión del agua?; y el objetivo general que estructuró el trabajo fue: contribuir a la gestión sustentable delagua mediante el diseño de un proceso de GIRH en el periurbano oeste del PGP, a fin de identificar conflictos y aportar a mejorar la gobernanza del agua.
