Abstract

67歳男性の上腕に生じた有棘細胞癌の再発例に対し, CAV療法 (CDDP, ADM, VDS) を試みた。同療法6クールを施行し, 転移巣の著明な縮小を得た。CAV療法は, 有棘細胞癌の進行例の治療に有効であると思われた。
