RESUMO:Este trabalho apresenta algumas reflexões sobre o novo constitucionalismo latino-americano por meio de algumas questões centrais, enfatizando aspecto que muitas vezes passa sem a merecida atenção, apesar da sua centralidade, a incorporação constitucional dos direitos da natureza e a possibilidade de perceber a normatização de direitos dos animais. ABSTRACT:This study proposes some reflections about The New Latin American Constitutionalism by some central questions, emphasizing aspect that often goes without the deserved attention, despite its centrality, the constitutional incorporation of rights of nature and the ability to realize the standardization of animal rights.
