ENFERMAGEM PERIOPERATÓRIA: DIAGNÓSTICOS DE ENFERMAGEM FUNDAMENTADOS NA TEORIA DE IDA JEAN ORLANDO

Abstract

RESUMO: O presente estudo teve como objetivo identificar os diagnósticos de enfermagem na visita pré-operatória de pacientes submetidos a cirurgia oncológica. o referencial teórico selecionado foi a teoria de enfermagem de Ida Jean Orlando. Para o alcance do objetivo proposto foi previamente elaborado um instrumento para a coleta de dados. A amostra consistiu de 20 paciente, de ambos os sexos que foram submetidos a cirurgia oncológica. Foram identificados 46 diagnósticos de enfermagem, os quais destacamos: risco para função respiratória alterada com 95% de freqüência e alto risco de infecção com 90 % de freqüência. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Diagnóstico de Enfermagem; Enfermagem Perioperatória; Filosofia em Enfermagem.
