MAPEAMENTO DE TERMOS ATRIBUÍDOS AOS FENÔMENOS DE ENFERMAGEM NOS REGISTROS DOS COMPONENTES DA EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM

Abstract

RESUMO: Este trabalho tem como objetivo identificar os termos empregados pelos componentes da equipe de enfermagem, nos registros em prontuários de pacientes, para denominar os fenômenos de enfermagem e comparar com os constantes na Classificação de Fenômenos de Enfermagem da CIPE© - Versão Beta. O estudo foi desenvolvido em unidades de internação de um hospital escola, utilizando-se como população todos os prontuários de pacientes admitidos nesse serviço durante o período de agosto/2001 a janeiro/2002. A amostra foi constituída por 167 prontuários, a partir dos quais foram identificados 586 fenômenos de enfermagem nos registros de enfermagem. Depois da fase de mapeamento, observou-se que existiam 340 termos incluídos na Classificação de Fenômenos de Enfermagem da CIPE© – Versão Beta, e 246 novos termos com possibilidade de ser incluídos no futuro.
