Abstract

El presente artículo aborda un análisis de la estructura de la gubernamentalidad neoliberal y su específica forma de dominación, prestando especial atención a la relevancia actual de las redes sociales en el ejercicio de Poder. El objetivo de este estudio es reflexionar críticamente sobre el papel del capitalismo de la vigilancia, concretamente de las redes sociales, en la domincación neoliberal, fundamentada en la configuración constante de un medio que posibilita la cristalización de una nueva forma de la subjetividad, la vida precaria. Este análisis revela a las redes como entornos óptimos para la difusión del terror público y privado y del deseo de consumo, factores esenciales para la producción de esta nueva forma de la subjetividad, caracterizada por ser autorreferencial, egoísta y frenética, por estar aislada e inmersa en la incertidumbre, y por tener su capacidad reflexiva bloqueada.
