
Abstract—Waterfall have many problem, waterfall is not permission to change on development, needed to many team and needed to many time. This research created to solve the problems in waterfall method with scrum as agile method. Methodology use scrum and developing with company requirement. Research result showed is scrum allowed change on development process and put change to next sprint. Scrum just needed a little team and a little time because development team building a simple software and according to the needs. Intisari—Waterfall memiliki beberapa permasalahan, diantaranya tidak diperkenankan adanya perubahan pada siklus pengembangan, membutuhkan tim yang banyak dan waktu yang cukup lama.Penelitian ini dibuat bertujuan untuk menangani permasalahan-permasalahan pada metode waterfall dengan menggunakan metode yang lebih luwes yaitu scrum.Metode yang digunakan menggunakan scrum dan dikembangkan sesuai kebutuhan pengembangan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa scrum mengizinkan perubahan pada proses pengembangan dengan memasukkan perubahan pada sprint berikutnya. Scrum membutuhkan tim yang sedikit dan waktu yang relatif sedikit dikarenakan tim pengembang membuat aplikasi yang sederhana dan sesuai kebutuhan. Kata Kunci: Scrum, Enterprise Resource Planning, Agile Method.
